Last updated September 18, 2026

Dzi Consulting ("Dzi Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we collect from you when you visit www.dziconsulting.com (the "Site") or use our digital marketing, SEO, advertising, website, email, and automation services (collectively, the "Services"), and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using the Site or our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly: name, dealership name, email address, phone number, and any details you share through our contact forms, free SEO audit requests, or scheduled calls.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on the Site.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to improve our Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested SEO audits or proposals.
  • Provide, operate, and improve our Services.
  • Communicate with you about your account, projects, or campaigns.
  • Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
  • Analyze Site usage and improve user experience and performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and deliver Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM platforms).
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, used solely to measure and improve marketing performance. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the use of these advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Users have the right to opt out (see Section 8).
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure marketing campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret them.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, as well as opt out of certain marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@dziconsulting.com.

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. Your rights include:

  • Right to Know: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: direct us to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: exercise these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.

Dzi Consulting does not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (such as Google Analytics and Meta pixels) that may involve the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. To submit a request, email info@dziconsulting.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

9. Privacy Rights in Other States

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as those in Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Subject to the limits of those laws, these rights may include the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
  • correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
  • delete personal information you provided to us;
  • obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and
  • opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling.

To make a request, email info@dziconsulting.com and tell us which right you want to exercise and the state where you live. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Appeal," and we will review it and tell you the outcome in writing.

10. Information We Process for Our Clients

When we build, manage, or connect tools for a dealership, such as websites, lead forms, chatbots, CRM and email integrations, ad accounts, and reporting, we may process personal information about that dealership's customers and leads, such as names, contact details, vehicle interests, and messages. We do this on the dealership's behalf and under its instructions, and we use that information only to provide the services the dealership has asked for.

That information is also governed by the dealership's own privacy policy and our agreement with the dealership. If you contact us about information we hold for a dealership, we may direct your request to that dealership. Where we set up text or email messaging for a dealership, the dealership is the sender and is responsible for obtaining consent and honoring opt-outs.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
